Travel requests and addressing people

Read a ticket request, ask for help and use a vocative.

At the station

Я чекаю на автобус = I am waiting for a bus; this is one standard чекати construction.

Useful polite forms

= Please tell me where the station is. Скажіть, допоможіть and дайте are explicitly learned polite/plural commands, not generated from the five regular paradigms.

Addressing a person

Ukrainian has a vocative for direct address: (Olena, please read!). Читайте is the polite/plural command from читати.
